About Me

My photo
United States
I despise the left wing liberal attempts to change America. I support FREEDOM, freedom of speech, right to bear arms, religious freedom and protecting the rights of Americans, including the unborn. Close the border, round up illegals and send them home. Welcome them back with a green card. I believe in preserving the visions of our founding fathers which did not include Socialism or Sharia Law. This IS STILL America.....at least for now.

I Pledge to be of Service to Barack Obama? What? Huh?

First....watch this video.

Most all of these sounds so warm and fuzzy they almost make you want to puke. Sadly, the reality is that is just the packaging. It is just an agenda wrapped so beautifully you cannot see it for what it is. By the time you get through all the wonderful things these people are going to do....you forget that Obama does not even do one of them. He does not represent America with patriotism or pride. Instead he goes around kissing the asses of our enemies and apologizing for our country.

Most of all people fail to see that he is asking people to serve HIM. The way I understood it, Obama was in servitude to US! My family will never SERVE Obama. My family will serve the Lord.

Next, we have Obama entering the classrooms via live broadcast from The White House. Again, I can assure you that his speech will be eloquent and moving, but please look deeper.

http://www.ed.gov/teachers/how/lessons/prek-6.pdf

On the second page of the lesson, you will see:

"It might make sense to focus on personal and
academic so community and country goals come more readily."
.

Goals? Who's goals? Obama's goals? What if our goals for the country differ with the great leader's goals?

Clearly, this is about Obama's agenda.

I make my case here (again from the lesson plan provided to teachers):

"Write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the PRESIDENT". These would be collected and redistributed at an appropriate later date by the teacher to make students accountable to their goals".

Then...we have to have the speech interpreted by teachers. If they support the socialist movement in America, our children are nothing more than political pawns in a child indoctrination movement in America.

My family will never SERVE Obama. My family will serve the Lord and the Lord alone.
My children will not participate in this "revolutionary" event hosted by a President that I have fundamental differences with.

Go ahead, ask me. Ask me outright WHY my children will not watch the President address all of the students in our nation. Go ahead, ask me!

This is my answer:

"President Obama has goals for our communities and our country that are in direct conflict with the Constitution of The United States of America. The idea of using government schools to force students to bond or unite with the country's highest leader might be appropriate for North Korea, China or Cuba, but it has no place in The United States of America, a Constitutional Republic. The President of the United States will not use my children to move forward HIS goals for community and country to come more readily"

That is my answer, and I am sticking to it.

  1. "My family will serve the Lord and the Lord alone."

As you go about teaching your children to serve the Lord, how will you instruct them about their treatment of other people?

    Will you teach them -

About the ideals of faith, hope and charity(kindliness, sympathy, humanity) and that the most important of these is charity -

To love others as they would like to be loved
    -and

To treat others as they would like to be treated?

Or will you teach them, through your own example, to despise and vilify millions of people, simply because those people have a different political view?

As in "I despise the left wing liberals and their attempts to change America."

  2. My children and I treat people, ALL PEOPLE, with respect. Yes, I despise what the liberals are doing to our country. I despise the government we have in power. Want me to say that louder?

I DESPISE THE GOVERNMENT WE HAVE IN POWER.

Charity begins in the heart....and home. We are active in helping those less fortunate. It is not the governments job to force charity upon anyone. That would go against the constitiution.

I can despise a group with intentions that will take away the liberty and freedom that is rightfully mine. My example...shows my children I want them to grow up free, without the liberals teaching them that what was right is now wrong, and what was wrong is now right.

You clearly must be part of this movement. You know, spread the wealth. My kids will learn that what they work for, is THEIRS. That they have a right to morals not set by a government.....but by GOD.

God despises sin. I despise those trying to limit our right to God, our right to believe in his laws...homosexuality is a sin, abortion is murder and that our freedom was given to us by GOD, not men....and men cannot take it away.

Instead of picking apart my words...why don't you spend some time trying to prove why conservatives are wrong about Van Jones...and the likes. You know...prove all those things he said on VIDEO are not true? Unless of course, you are one of them?

I will put this very simply.

    You can't.

  3. Here Bob. Take a look at this article and thank your government. They just cannot leave our children alone. While I do believe that gays have a right to live their life however, they want so long as it does not infringe on my life....this is going too far. This is an infringement on my rights. We do not have to support homosexuality. We do not have to support anything we choose not to. GET THE PICTURE?

  4. Tammy,

I don't normally dismiss, out of hand, references made by other people - to make a point. But since you recently did exactly that with two of my references (FactCheck and Snopes) I have no problem with scrathing your beloved reference, Fox News - but I won't demean Fox here as you did my two references. By the way, this doesn't make us even; I still get one more rejection.

  5. You can believe whomever you choose to believe. You might as well believe Wikipedia while you are at it with snopes and factcheck. I believe what I SEE. I see videos with people SPEAKING....hard to debunk that huh? Go ahead, prove to me why conservatives are wrong about Van Jones. Is there a reason why you are not taking me up on that challenge? I mean you seem to be a very articulate and educated person. I am sure you have better things to do with your time than to hit my blog multiple times a day....but since you do...humor me....tell me why conservatives are wrong about Van Jones.

The rest of the media is so far up Obamas ass that they do not report on things that they disagree with, like the tea parties. Let's just say their lack of reporting makes them...umm....uhhh..... well....less than fair and balanced?

  6. Bob, while we are still free.....you are entitled to all the rejections you want.

I disagree with a lot of what you say....but when I tell you that I would defend to my death your right to say it, I really mean that.

    Happy rejecting. :)

The particular pledge card described in that article should not, in my opinion, have been handed out to any school children - and especially to children who are too young to understand what it's about. Teachers in churches and schools, however, should encourage students to treat each other as they wish to be treated.

NO, I DON'T GET THE [big] PICTURE - which you are apparently trying to paint here. You seem to be suggesting that this inappropriate act by ONE TEACHER IN ONE SCHOOL IN ONE STATE somehow threatens your freedom on the issue of support for homosexuality. That seems a realy long stretch, so help me out; give me an exapmple of how that one teacher's actions, which the school apparently does not approve, has so drastically altered your rights and freedoms.

  8. I thought I had put several other links on there. I am certain I did...but they are not showing. I have looked for those sites and so far am unable to find them. I don't feel so well the last couple of days, but I will find them and post them again.
